Pickup or Delivery?
Delivery service is available within Orange County, and surrounding cities up to 24 miles from our location, for a flat rate of $89.

Do you have a price match guarantee?
Yes, at FA our goal is to give you the best furniture buying experience possible. Part of that guarantee includes, if you happen to find an item at another furniture store with a local showroom, advertised at a lower price, we will happily match it!
Does the furniture require assembly?
Yes, most of the items come in boxes and some require assembly. As an additional service we can assemble them for you when they are delivered. The cost of assembly is reasonable and based on the estimated time to assemble. We can quote you the exact price at time of purchase.
How do I pay?
We take cash and all major credit cards. You can pay either on-line or in the warehouse. After submitting your order on-line, a customer service representative will contact you by your specified phone number during our business hours to confirm the order. If purchased after our business hours, we will call you the next day. You can also confirm the order yourself by calling us anytime after placing the order on-line. During this call we will confirm the order, determine when you would like the furniture delivered and setup (both optional) or when you can pick it up. After all this is agreed to, only then will we process the payment.
What type of wood is your furniture made of?
High quality woods like oak, birch, pine and rubber wood. Some items can also contain processed and pressed woods. Call us for details on a specific item.
Does the furniture come with a warranty?
Yes, all new furniture comes with a manufacturers warranty. Standard warranties are 90 days and vary between manufacturers. For warranty issues please contact our customer service here.
What if my furniture is damaged or broken?
We will replace any broken or damaged items so long as it is brought to our attention within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. (So we can be sure the damage is our doing.) If an item is damaged or broken please keep the original boxes and packaging for when we pick it up. For damaged items please contact our customer service here.
Do the beds come with the pictured mattresses?
The mattresses shown are for showcasing purposes only and would have to be purchased separately. See our affordable mattress options here.
